Code Updates
We regularly make updates to your WordPress core coding, plugin coding, and theme files. Plugin code is updated daily and we perform WP code and theme updates when they are safe to do so. Outdated code is the #1 vulnerability to an existing website by outside attacks (often mass attacks within a host’s server). By performing the regular updates provided by WordPress, theme and plugin developers, we ensure your website is less vulnerable to attacks.
Back-ups
We perform weekly back-ups of your website unless you already have daily backups with your host setup. Doing regular backups ensures that a website can be restored quickly in case of a security breach within the hosting server or because of a technical malfunction.
Security Monitoring
We install the Kadence Security plugin and tailor vast amounts of settings specifically for your website. These settings include: malware scanning, WordPress user security check, blacklisting known offenders, locking down file permissions on your server, securing entry-points hackers most often use to enter your website, and much, much more. We also subscribe to the I-Themes newsletter which sends out updates on specific code and plugins with vulnerabilities so we can handle these issues immediately.
Uptime Monitoring
Don’t lose potential clients or customers because your website is down. Many users won’t return to your website if they experience difficulties accessing your website. All of our maintenance clients are on a service that monitors their website’s uptime. This means that if your webserver goes down through your host, we are notified immediately by email.
Immediate Support
We understand how stressful it can be when your website is down or isn’t working properly. Notify us immediately if something isn’t working or doesn’t look correct. We will work tirelessly to get it to function correctly. We want you to have peace of mind when it comes to your website!
Reports
